Seems to me that a lot of people have advised you to contact the ombudsmen on many occassions (including me), this is the correct channel for complaints which are being igniored.

So why don't you contact the ombudsmen? If you don't follow the correct channels you just make it easy for them to run rings round you.

I am waiting for my Tomatoes and eggs now.

Hi all,

Not sure if you are all aware but you can apply for all sorts of information under the Freedom of Information Act on DDCs website here.

You may be able to weed out information that you thought was not available. You never know - this may help someone out there.

However, we are not sure how accurate the information is anyway. One of our members asked for a summary of all complaints DDC planning department received in the last three years - the total was 39 - do they seriously expect us to believe that?

Regards,

ddc-watch.org.uk

I guess to clear it up once and for all we could formally ask whether DDC monitored incoming telephone calls and when was the system installed etc.
Indeed, whether they had the equipment to do it at all.

Just an example.

now i no from paper work ect the complaints department up the ddc from bottom to top are clearly not working for me or sertern people who has problems within the ddc.its a shame that this department is clearly for ther co workers within the ddc.when it comes around to them being on the hot spot and they have got to show what they did to resolve are complaints they aint going to have very much to say as they have not done nowt.

So what has happened?

Did he raise a formal complaint with the local authority ombudsman?

Or did he take this to the county court?

How wrong can people be?

And how right were others?
